Eligibility
Competitors must:
- Be a member of a directly affiliated Lifeguard Club or be representing a Lifesaving Society affiliate or pay the appropriate affiliation fee.
- Be 16 years of age or older on March 18, 2011.
- Hold the Society's National Lifeguard Service certification to participate in Simulated Emergency Response Competition (SERC) events.
- Hold a current (within 24 months of date of certification) Lifesaving Society Bronze Medallion or higher certification (defined as Lifesaving Society national mandatory and endorsed awards for which Bronze Medallion is a prerequisite).
